General Office Support Program Assistant (FWS ONLY)
Position Description
WRC Programming Assistants contribute to the Women's Resources Center's mission to improve the campus climate for all students by rpoviding office support and assisting with evening program needs.
- Term: August 23, 2025 - May 15, 2026 (1 full academic year; 2 semesters) Subject to applicant availability.
- Hours: 4-6 hours/week, Must be available for at least one shift between 12 - 1 pm Monday - Friday or 5 - 7 pm Monday - Thursday.
- Pay Rate: $15 / hour
- Eligibility: Due to budget constraints, only students who have been awarded Federal Work Study through their Financial Aid Notification are eligible for this position.
- Students of ALL identities are welcome and encouraged to apply. No previous experience required.
Responsibilities
This position involves a mix of administrative and coordination work which may include, but is not limited to:
General Office Support:
- Provide support for WRC events & programs, including tabling, outreach presentations and other activities as needed
- Assist with office coverage, including answering office telephone, checking students in for appointments, and other activities as needed
- Assist with set-up and take-down of WRC programming and events
- Serve as the on-site staff member in the evenings and closing the Center at the end of the shift.

Ecofeminism Summit Program Intern
The Ecofeminism Summit Program Intern, along with support from the Assistant Director, will contribute to the coordination of WRC’s Ecofeminism Summit. This position will include but is not limited to creating agendas, leading planning committee meetings, recruiting and scheduling workshops and presenters; recruiting volunteers, performing program promotion and outreach; and assisting with program evaluation.
