Advocacy and Wellness Coordinator

The Women’s Resources Center is hiring an Advocacy and Wellness Coordinator to assist in the development and implementation of survivor/victim support services at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. As a designated campus Confidential Advisor, the Advocacy and Wellness Coordinator serves students, faculty, and staff who have experienced sexual misconduct (sexual assault, sexual harassment, sexual exploitation, stalking, and/or dating/domestic violence), as required by Illinois state law. This position serves as an Embedded Confidential Advisor and will be cross placed two days a week with our Black and/or Latinx cultural centers to reduce barriers and enhance collaboration.

Ecofeminism Summit Program Intern

The Ecofeminism Summit Program Intern, along with support from the Assistant Director, will contribute to the coordination of WRC’s Ecofeminism Summit. This position will include but is not limited to creating agendas, leading planning committee meetings, recruiting and scheduling workshops and presenters; recruiting volunteers, performing program promotion and outreach; and assisting with program evaluation.
